Armed with a Dual Bachelors Degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Clark Atlanta University (C.A.U.) and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (R.P.I) in 2014, she embarked on her career as a Process Engineer at a prominent Paper and Chemical Company. Swiftly advancing to the role of Quality Manager over the facility within a year, she further ascended to become a Corporate Quality Engineer for all Chemical Plants in less than two years. Her outstanding achievements led to the well-deserved recognition as one of the "Top 20 under 30 in the Pulp and Paper Industry" in 2016.

While excelling in her professional career, Donica embarked on the journey of creating her own lipstick line in her humble home office. The inaugural color of the collection, aptly named FAITH, symbolizes the bedrock of this brand. It was her unwavering faith in God that breathed life into this venture.
